Have there been times in your life where you felt confused? Life dealt blows that you thought were unbearable. When I think about my life this has happened many times.

As an undergraduate student I was faced with many challenges and in my final year thought I wouldn’t receive my degree. While in graduate school balancing studies and work proved to be demanding. After I received my Master’s degree and began my career I faced many obstacles in the workplace.

My body started attacking itself but I didn’t recognize the symptoms which started in graduate school. After several years I gained the knowledge to ask the right questions and requested testing that confirmed a systemic lupus diagnosis.

Here’s what I know life can get hard really hard. There are times when it seems all hope is gone however in those moments of despair talk to God. He has brought me through storms that could have taken my life. Trust and believe with Him all things are possible.
