People can make life complicated. Although we will face challenges in life it’s really a matter of how we respond to these challenges that determines our trajectory.

At the beginning of this month, you probably set resolutions for yourself. What type of progress have you made toward those resolutions? If I was a betting person my guess is that those resolutions are starting to lose their appeal. Resolutions for most people don’t work.

A few years ago I decided to create goals for my personal and professional life. Then I created a strategy to achieve those goals by changing the activities that I did consistently. This strategy for creating and achieving goals has worked wonders in my life.

The things that I have been blessed to do completely blow my mind.
