The Meaning of Life

Everyone has a purpose in life. As we experience different events in our life it may shift our focus. However I am discovering our core never changes.

I can recall being in graduate school and my focus was pursuing a career in gerontology. After nearly a decade of working in the senior care industry my life changed.

After entering remission from systemic lupus my passion became helping women transform their mind, body, and soul. Although now I work primarily with women really at the core these career journeys share a common theme of helping people.

If you find yourself stuck in life deep dive into getting to know yourself better. There is purpose in your life. Once you unlock the meaning to your life although things may change throughout the years your focus will remain clear.

I'm Cassandra Hill

And I work with women who are struggling to put their health and wellbeing first. My path as a Christian Holistic Wellness Influencer started with a career in gerontology that was sidetracked by a battle with a chronic illness. After five years in remission, it’s become my life’s work to teach other women a framework for holistic wellness so they can start feeling their best again.

  1. This sounds interesting. I really need help with knowing who I created to be. I’ve been a Phlebotomist for 31 yrs. I know life has more for me. I just don’t know what it is. An I’m very ashamed that I don’t know.
