As a woman who strives to draw closer to your Creator it is imperative to carry out the mission, He has given to you. In fulfilling your destiny physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness are required.

Draw near to God through prayer and meditation. I enjoy using a prayer journal to have a record of my journey.

Here is what I know as you realize your value in God you will want to take better care of your physical and emotional body. Take these 3 tips to begin your wellness journey

  • Alkaline water to be alkaline the ph should be 7 or above my preference is core hydration or life water
  • Yoga brings peace and tranquility also helpful in reducing inflammation and blood pressure
  • Nutrition Your body needs 9-13 servings of fruits & veggies. Consuming this amount gives you the essential vitamins your body needs.
