What exactly is love? In the book of 1 Corinthians 13 love is defined.

Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth, bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.

How do you treat yourself? Are you kind to yourself? Is your mind full of doubt and worry? The answers to these questions reveal your level of self-love.

Loving yourself is a journey. No woman reaches a pinnacle and thinks I have arrived. When you are in a relationship there are things you do on a regular basis to show care and love.

The energy you exert on showing others love extend some towards yourself. When you learn to fall in love with yourself your life will be more balanced and complete.
