This Sunday is Mother’s Day. There are a range of emotions that a woman can experience around this holiday. There are women like myself who have lost babies and have no living children. Then are some women who have lost their mother and may be grieving their loss. If this holiday brings up a range of emotions remember it is okay to not be okay.
Use this time to process your feelings and allow yourself to process your feelings. Create a serene environment to help you feel more calm.
