Battling systemic lupus completely changed my life. It’s hard to believe that I have been in remission for four years now. Many times when people learn of my story I am asked many questions but one is more common. How did you it? When your thoughts change your life will follow.

We have the power to transform our life when we change our mindset. Here’s a few things I did to create a positive space

  • Began walking (Exercise release feel good endorphins)
  • Studying God’s Word and praying more
  • Writing

If you are unhappy with your life think about the changes you would like to see and watch the world manifest the resources you need to make your dream a reality.
