Becoming A Better You


This week is my birthday. As the day gets closer and closer it’s causing me to think about my personal and professional development.

In 2016 God blessed me to develop a regimen that put me in remission with systemic lupus. At the time I didn’t realize this was just the tip of the iceberg for my health and well-being.

Healing is a process. Doing the work to become your best self never ends. Can you believe that over half of 2022 is over? Here is the bigger question. Do you remember those big lofty goals you set for yourself? Don’t beat yourself up if you haven’t made the progress you anticipated.

Take one step today towards becoming the best version of you. Honestly it’s the accumulation of the small steps that yield a big reward.
