Goals How Many of Us Have Them

At the start of a new year, many people use this time to focus on creating new year resolutions. This year I recommend developing goals and creating a strategy to achieve them.

The following affirmations will provide support as you work on making your goals become reality.

Positive affirmations help me focus on my goals.

I know what I want out of life. I keep those desires at the top of my mind every day. I take some time each day to loudly declare that those goals are mine to achieve.

That approach drives me to make the most out of every day. All my actions are geared towards the ultimate goals I set. I avoid wasting time on things that have little or no impact on the big picture.

On days when I feel discouraged, my loved ones get me back on my feet. They show their true support and commitment to my goals. They believe in my declarations as much as I do.

My positive affirmations help me build strong character. I am the person I am today because I embrace traits of hopefulness, positivity, and courage. Those traits allow me to achieve anything I strive for.

Today, I believe in my innermost strengths. I know I can achieve the goals I set for myself. Positive affirmations help keep me focused and at the top of my game.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. Do I help others to create positivity in their lives through affirmations?
  2. How do I come to terms with being unable to achieve a goal as expected?
  3. Am I prepared to deal with difficulties I might encounter as I strive for goals?
